Nice Holga images!! I'm wanting to spice up my image capturing endeavors and I think a Holga will do just that. What lens modifications have you done?

Thanks

Last May, I was fortunate enough to be in the right place at the right time. I was at a week long retreat at the Tara Mandala of Lama Tsultrim in Colorado. The Karmapa arrived for an evening. What a treat that was to participate in a 'blessing' (failure to use correct Buddhist term here) - under the full moon on the ridge of a mountainside - one evening with him. I have kept that moment in my heart and allowed it to help transform my spirit into it's rightful peaceful place. - I aspire. Thank you for sharing these beautiful images. If only my mind's camera could print out what I saw. It was beautiful. In peace...

Hello

I am frech, and I feel a lot of connexion with HH.
Here is a site and petition to protest this stupid sequestration. Maybe you would be kind enough to advertise for it ?
I practice and study since some years in the Shambhala tradition. I did not know your quote of CTR and I just loved it !! ... :-))
I laughed at first ... but then dealing with the real situation is something else and less funny most of the time ...
Thank you anyway for your support.
Dominique

It is so absolutely wonderful as an aspiring Warrior to see these pictures, all of which feel very sacred to even gaze upon ;-) Thank you for allowing this. Good look in all your projects.

James, thanks for this. It's a great reminder...a great reality check for practice. Tsoknyi R also talks about this...I'm sure you've heard in retreat...he asks: Have you become the Master of Samsara? And then, in that inimitable way of his, he mimes how we set the cushions, light the good smelling incense, adjust the shawl, 20 or 30 times, adjust our posture, play some nice music...It's a funny, poignant commentary, beginning with the superficial, but really targeting how we grasp to the pleasant.
And, as always, your photographs are so compelling. Great to see my home town through your eyes.
Blessings,
Richard
